Hi,
I subscribed today to 26 dollar plan for esim but when I login it says my phone is not compatible with esim I have iPhone 10 XS max on screen it says request refund for e sim and request physical card I really want to use esim please help I want to use new phone number

esim could still work with help from PM. Open a ticket.

I think you'll have to contact customer support. The iPhone XS does support eSIM, but if the app won't install an eSIM for it, then you'll need their help. Submit a support ticket.
