Unable to activate service – need refund

was unable to activate my SIM/eSIM on my new phone and never received service. I have since switched to another carrier. I am requesting a refund as the service was not successfully activated or used.

hi @Draybrah PM is a prepaid carrier and generally do not provide refund.  But you can check with them and confirm your account was really closed
