Lost phone... now can't activate eSim on new phone

It's a 2fa standoff. Cant get in to either my PM account or the email.

 

Cant activate my eSim on my new phone without verifying my account by email. Can't remember the password to my email, so I cant access it without verifying my messages. Getting access to my Public Mobile would solve everything 😫 

 

Could one of the mods or Public Mobile employees please help me change which email is associated with my account

try to get the code via email or voice message.   Click Didn't receive code or Resend code, choose Send email or Send voice message.  You can then access email to get the code, or call yourself from another phone to get the voice mail

if you cannot get the code to login still ask PM to help

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
