I would like to request a temporary suspension (keep my number active) for my phone line.

Phone number: ###-###-####
Suspension period: May 25 to August 25 (3 months)

Could you please let me know the procedure to set this up, as well as any applicable fees or conditions?

Thank you.

On the day before you leave Canada, make a regular plan renewal payment to your Available Funds; then go in to your account and disable Subscribed. Your next regular plan renewal will occur using the Available Funds....then 30 days after that, the plan will Suspend due to non-pay. (by then, you've been gone for 30 days already). When you return home in 60 days, you still have lots of time to re-enable Subscribed and Resume service again.

@Meilun_M

I wouldn’t leave it for 90 days if you want to keep your number. Reactive your account on the 88 days just encase you are having issues login to your account.

You can also dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to suspend your account.

@Meilun_M PM is a prepaid provider and everything is self-serve.  Also,  suspension starts from the end of a cycle, not on any particular date you choose

What you can do is to turn off Autopay from your account the day before you leave.  Login My Account, got to Payment > Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there. The plan will suspend at the end of that cycle, make a payment to resume service when you come back.  Make sure you resume service no later than 90 days or you will lose the phone number
