Hi, my SIM card doesn't receive a call, only messages.

It could be just an outage.  Turn on Airplane mode and off.  You could also  restart your phone .

and what mobile data work? 

what phone do you have? and what city you are at?  did you try Reset Network settings? tried your sim on another phone?

Incoming and out coming calls from approximately 2 pm. Yes, I can receive a messages.

Since when can you not receive incoming calls? Can you get text messages ?

What type of phone do you have? If you have another phone can you remove the SIM card if you have a physical one and test yo see if you can get incoming calls there.
