Call fail

Every time i call one phone number, the call fails. Any other number that isn't public, i can call.. 

i am also unable to submit a ticket

Its my daughters number and its the most important that i need to get through to.. can anyone help.

Did you try adding 1 in front of the area code?

did she block your number by accident?  

and you get busy tone? or an actual error recording?

if you are sure it is not her, try to ask PM to check.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

can anyone able to call your daughter?

and did you daughter just ported her number into her current carrier?  if she just port her number recently, which one was the old one , which one is the current one?
