first, remove the phone number as this is just a forum with customers. Go back to the post, top right corner down error and Modify Message and remove
For your voice problem, we saw many this week
Try reboot your phone, try Reset Networks settings
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
