Transfer during account activation

Hey! It has been 6.5 hours since I started the transfer, but I have not received a confirmation text and I have no mobile network. I have not been able to make or receive calls or texts for the past 6.5 hours. I have done everything I was supposed to do so I'm not sure what the issue is..

Thank you so much for all your help! My issue has been resolved! I never received the confirmation text from Public Mobile so I hadn'tput the new SIM in yet, but the agent told me it was okay to as there is sometimes a delay in that. He apologized for same. All is good. Thank you again! 🙂

@BarbChan  No worries call porting team for update and they can re trigger port request for you if needed
