I was looking into switching to Public Mobile, but I didn't end up going through the Activation process. However, they have already charged me for one month, so I want to cancel immediately before I'm charged again. The issue is that I can't log into my Public mobile account because I didn't finish the activation process and there's no one to speak to or contact. How can I cancel my Public Mobile account if I didn't complete the activation process?

Hey there, they will charge you every 30 days once you've selected a plan and have "subscribed" turned on. You can simply turn "subscribed" off (which is what they call Autopay) so you will not be charged again, you will have to remember to turn it on or make a manual payment if you'd like to resume service in the future.
Regarding the amount they charged you, Public mobile typically doesnt offer refunds, but since you havent even activated an account yet you can try to message them and request a refund here:
