@Members I made an order for a new plan with a physical SIM card yesterday. After checking out it says it will be shipping with Canada post. Seems pretty doubtful I’d get my card until the strike is over. Would just like to cancel and get a refund. How can I do this?

HI @Stephan97
you can ask PM to arrange you to pick up the sim card from local Telus or Koodo store, and of course you can cancel the sim card order if that does not work. Please submit ticket by direct message:

i think PM will send via other means with CP on strike now. But check with PM :
You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
