Help with activation - it won’t work

I have been going in circles for 3 days. It says something went wrong when activating your account and to contact customer service, but won’t connect me to anyone. I need help. You have taken my money but aren’t giving me any service. It won’t let me download an eSIM or transfer my number. This is very frustrating.
