I wanted to purchase a subscription with PM

After charging my credit card, I was left with limited options, unsatisfactory to me, selecting a phone number.

i do not wish to proceed. 
I would like my visa refunded.

yes, they will process the refund if the account not fully setup yet

Open ticket.  You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
