Wrong plan selected, now double charged

Hi,  I've just returned to PM after a couple of years with another provider, and porting my number back.  However, I was sure that I had chosen the $35 ULCW-US-MEX Base Plan-50GB-5G Black Friday plan, but it signed me up for the $34 ULCW Base Plan-50GB-5G instead.  In a panic, I switched plans nearly immediately (23 minutes, per my payment history), but now my credit card has pending transactions for $35.70 and $36.75 (plan + GST).

As only the Black Friday/Cyber Monday plans are listed on the Plans page on the website today, I couldn't have chosen the $34 plan at all.  Is it possible to get the $35.70 payment voided or refunded?

message Customer Support and see if they can help. Click on the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start that process. If that doesn't work, use this link. Give them as much acct info as you can ie: name on acct, ph #, PM pIn #, acct number...etc...
