Have issues porting out my number. I started the request and now I can’t see my account number.

Hello @Teresa80046 

I usually recommend not porting right away. Get your account all started first. Make sure calls work both ways and texts as well. Data too. THEN port number.

@Teresa80046  if your PM account is still active, log in to the app on your cell > Manage Subscription > you should see your name and account number there.
