i signed up on Nov 22nd the services were great and everything is working fine. but on Nov 30th, there's no services with my account (no data, no voice). i submitted a ticket and they help me get my services up and running the next day, but there's a issue with my subscription. everytime i log onto my account it keep on asking me to finish with my activation (i already previously did). i'm worrying if i do my activation again it might charge me with another account of activation. please help or advise what i should do to get this issue solve. thank you!
