I started a new subscription using a referral code, but do not see the credit on my account

Hello, i signed up using a referral code, but I don't see the credit being applied. The person who sent me the referral code also noticed that she didn't receive any notifications that I used her referral code to signup

in case you don't see the credit after 3 days, you can follow up with support agent

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

Okay, I'll check back in 72 hours then. Once I've received the credit, i'll mark this resolved.

the credit will be added to your account within 72 hours.  So, wait 3 days after activation and check again

For your friend, PM does not  always send the "new friend" alert, just occasionally.  But she can login My Account after 3 days and check the Referral page, the chart should show an increase in friend for this month
