Hi, 

Recently saw the $29 promotion on public mobile's website, but am unable to see it when I log into my existing public mobile account with a pre-existing subscription.

The main website doesn't mention that the $29 plan is for new activations only, so I'm confused as to why it's not showing up in my account to switch subscriptions?

If anyone has any insight, that'd be much appreciated. Thanks!

@matchupichu  If you look on website and click on the plan it then says for new activations , but what’s most important is the plan your currently on now , if it cost more then $29 then that’s why you don’t t see it in your account . We can only change to the plans that are available to us to change  to in our accounts . If you really want MEX roaming there are other MEX plans available otherwise there should be 20GB $30 CAN/US roaming one that many are able to downgrade to and it’s a sweet deal . Short of porting number out and back in on newly created PM account with new sim and new email to get the desired plan . I don’t think support will help you either but I’ll leave you the how to contact since someone else probably will if I don’t and you can try you luck with them
