Like other members, I have attempted to change my subscription to the offered $29/month promotion which ends Dec 31/24. I am not able to do so in my account because it is not offered. I believe Public mobile/Telus must offer existing customers all specials and marketing offers as they do to the general public. This is only good customer service and so much more important to keep existing customers happy than to go out and get new customers!
I have written on my chat bot that I would like my plan changed to the $29/mth offer before the deadline. There seems to be nothing else I can do at this moment because I cannot get a ticket written in our system

I just activated a new account with Public Mobile for a plan I bought back on black friday for $35 for 50gb, but was able to switch to the boxing week 75gb plan with no issues. From others' posts it sounds like downgrading or moving to equal price doesn't always work but isn't impossible.

Thanks for your reply. As Handy1 said, it's easier to upgrade to a more expensive or higher level plan than it is to downgrade to a cheaper plan

I opened up the app and saw all the plans available and switched my $29 "10" GB Canada US Mexico to the "20" GB Canada US Mexico and it will start on my anniversary. No problem at all!

@KevinWong It’s harder to downgrade plans , but easy to upgrade plans I’m guessing plan you have is already more the $29 and that’s why you can’t get that plan . We can only change to the plans that are available to us to chage to in our accounts despite what we see on the website . No everyone sees the same plans . So plan you on and what plan you want . There’s really on one boxing week sale most people can do work around for if they don’t already see it and that’s the $35 75GB MEX roaming plan if you want that and don’t see it on your account but see $30 plan you can make immediate plan change to it , then the $35 75GB MEX plan will appear and you can make another plan chage for next renewal to it . But if you trying get the $29 MEX plan it won’t work and support most likely won’t help you change to it but you can try
