Connectivity issues

I have connective issues and I have done all instructions to fix it up such as turn off/turn on my cell , reset the network in the setting but my cell still is not able to connect to Public mobile network. I checked my account and my subscription is active.. I have been a customer for more than a year...Need help

@jhvr  Can you test the SIM card in another phone ?

if account active and no outage and reseting network settings don’t help ask support to refresh your account
