Can't see data add-ons under add-ons

I have the $20/ MONTH plan with 1GB. I tried to log in multiple times to the 'Add-ons' section from the web and mobile, and I can see Minutes add-ons and US add-ons but no data add-ons at all!! Where are the data add-ons??
