Logging into my account without my phone.

My friend has lost your phone. She wants to put a hold on her account because she lost her phone. How can she do that when it requires your phone to get a text. Help I am going insane?

@Kate_Mtl   When logging in, tap "didn't get the code" and it should offer an email option.
