App not open and already paid my chip not active

My chip not active, app not open I cant active my chip already paid ! I dont want to be charge montle if my chip is not active and I dont have number phone yet … how I can cancel everything???

PM can help to fix  the issue, it is just a simply sim provisioning they need to manually work on, just check with them
