Hi, I recently joined public mobile service. I was just looking at different plans and accidentally purchased a new one even though I already have an active plan on my number that I recently purchased and the cycle is still active. Could you please help me with it

You can use the orange chatbot icon on the lower right to open a ticket. Type submit ticket and select Contact us A Public Mobile customer support agent will help.
