Why won't my phone accept call forwarding anymore?

I got this number to have as a work phone, it worked until yesterday and today, now when my work tries to send the call forwarding to my phone number, they recoevw only a busy signal.  The phone number itself accepts phone calls from other numbers without issue.

That isn't an actual issue unless you're trying to use mobile data.  Android will show that as disconnected whenevever mobile ddata isn't being used.  As you're using Wi-Fi, it's supposed to say that.

Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings

And try the PM sim card on another phone and see if it works.  And if you have another sim card, try it on that Galaxy S10 as well

You could reset your phone networks to see if that will help.
