Manually adding funds?

Hey everyone. I'm still a relatively new user of public and I joined after the transition to eversafe. I was wondering if there will ever be a reinstatement of the Add Funds button in our profiles?

As mentioned in the above topic, it seems that work was supposedly done on this basic payment feature since August 2023, but when I came on as a subscriber last year, I have yet to see this be rectified. There is a workaround posted in the thread, but I would prefer an easier solution of having the button rather than having to click into what's essentially a hidden menu for a low level feature.

That is strange because it is showing up on my account on the PM app.

The voucher is one solution, thank you, but I believe I've quite clearly outlined that there is no Add Funds button for newer users. If my text is ambiguous, there are screenshots in the linked post that clearly show this button does not exist.

No. When I talk to support about it they just blatantly lie and say they cannot remove or enable buttons on an account. How do you work as a customer support agent but can't make changes to an account? lol. They were able to turn on auto renewing payments when I explicitly told them they DID NOT have permission so idk what public mobile is on lately. Slimey business tactics from these guys lately. i can't even port out cause there are no other affordable providers here.

You can Add Funds by login to your account on the PM app and under Payment tab>Add Funds With Credit Card or Add Funds with Voucher.

You can get vouchers at:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples.

You can also dial 611 and add vouchers.
