I paid my subscription on 19/02/25 via recharge.com coz i can't update cc . Now the cut my service. Can you reactivate, pls

Recharge.com is a third party vendor. its like going into most gas station and getting a top up card. If you did not enter your phone number to be topped up on Recharge.com, they will give you a voucher number. once you get the voucher from Recharge.com, it will give you a voucher pin that needs to be added to your Public Mobile account either online or by dialing 611 from your device you want to add the funds to. I would recommend contacting Recharge.com.

Enabling or disabling the "subsription" does not turn on or off the plan. The option is poorly name. "Subscription" only refers to autopay payments. As service isn't working, and assumingly suspended, toggling autopay off and back on will not yield any results. Once an account goes into suspension, the syystem will not try again to process any autopay payment.

Check again using browser with incognito mode and see if the voucher was added properly . is the money still staying as Available Funds and not used for renewal yet? If it is, try disable Subscribed in the Payment pagez Manage Subscription and turn it back on after 5 mins
If the voucher amount was added and used for renewal, then reboot your phone now an ld try again
