Notifications from OnDemandRideco transportation service in Okotoks are blocked. I talked to them and the said that it may be my cellphone provider. I need to get the notifications ASAP.

if you are using Android, clear the cache for your text app (most Android users are using Google Message now)
or if same, uninstall and reinstall Google Message
No , i have always received their notifications
are you trying to setup SMS alert? ask Okotoks what shortcode they sends from
