Voice mail stopped sending me alerts. So I never know I have messages. Any suggestions? Notifications are turned on.

Usually not a PM service issue as long as VM is left on your account. Likely setting issue on the phone.
Maybe try a reboot of your phone. Network reset of phone (note this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
