Porting from Fizz to Public Failed. Somone from Public is supposed to reach me?

Hi guys, or Public Mobile, I tried porting over and it said the IMEI was wrong even though I copied it. I'm not sure if i put the wrong IMEI (IMEI 1 vs IMEI 2) since public mobile's esim installed. It also said the account number from Fizz was invalid. Now Im stuck in limbo. I've already approved the account transfer confirmation text from Fizz. Please help, thanks!

Since the IMEI came back incorrect, there will not be a porting request made. Best to reach out to a CS Agent this way to fix it.

Should use account number instead of IMEI.
there is a porting assistance team you can call and update them the correct info. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
