Can I use esim ... if so how do I activate it?

When did you order the SIM?
It could take up to 3 weeks to arrive but normally 10 business days (2 weeks).
You might want to check to see if your phh hi one is eSIM compatible first before switching.

If you've ordered a SIM card and want to switch to an eSIM, you need to reach out to a CS Agent to fix it on their end.
