I bought a E Sim from Public Mobile not realizing my phone is incompatible. I will to be refunded so I can go about buying a Physical Sim Card.

We are customers just like you, so if you're looking for an agent you'll need to contact them via the chat bot.

Aren't the e-sim's still free though? PS to get a physical sim I wouldn't recommend ordering it from the Public Mobile website, as delivery times are inconsistent at best. You can get one from Amazon for $5, or you can find a local Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store that may have stock for $10.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Don’t worry about paying extra fees. You can reach out to a CS Agent and show them proof of purchase and they will gladly credit your account the amount paid, minus taxes.
