Hello, I recently transferred my Public Mobile eSIM to a new device. During the process, I accidentally activated the first eSIM on my old device because I was unable to log in on my new phone at the time. As a result, I had to purchase and issue a second eSIM to complete the transfer to my new device. Since this was not for a new phone number or an additional line, and I only needed one active eSIM for the same account, I ended up paying the eSIM fee twice. Would it be possible to receive a refund or account credit for the eSIM charges? Thank you for your time and assistance.
