I’ve transferred my phone number and started up with a new carrier. I have received nothing from PM to confirm this closure. My account on the website shows nothing though the help articles say it will plainly state the account is closed. I need written confirmation by email how do I get this?

once you successfully port away from Public Mobile, your account at PM is automatically deactivated. Just keep an eye on bank statements next 30 days...just to be sure.
