Moving my number from telus to PM. PM has been working great with the temp number all week so decided to port my number. Got the confirmation text from telus, replied yes. Checked in with telus support and they said they had successfully ported my number. Checked in with PM through a ticket submission, and they said the port had been completed. I restarted the phone and removed my old physical Telus SIM. BUT the phone still won't connect to the wireless network. Two issues I can think of are: 1. I'm currently roaming in the US (but like I said, PM was working fine before, and I didn't change any of the roaming settings) or 2. I have dual IMEI, and the Telus SIM was on IMEI #1 while the PM eSIM was on IMEI #2. When I ported, I identified my phone using IMEI #1 rather than the account number (because the Telus account has multiple lines and I was only taking one), so maybe the number was ported to my PM account but not to my PM eSIM, which is associated with IMEI #2?? HELP!
