Basically paid for a plan but did not activate the sim or number. its all in progress. I did this by accident. How can I cancel this charge on my credit card? I no longer want the account. I wont get ongoing monthly charges to my card? How can I contact an agent to reverse this? Once someone ports a number out of public mobile their account closes and their card will no longer be charged ongoing, Correct? Thanks.
Main question is how I can contact speak with an agent to review my charge on an incomplete mistake account.

yes, after support cancel the account, there will be no more ongoing charges

Thank you. Also wanted to clarify, once a number is ported out from here. The account is closed and no further ongoing credit card charges occur, correct?

Thank you for your help 🙂 When I had tried to create a ticket I do not have a SIM card number for this account as far I as i know. Writing N/A is not accepted as an option in that area so I have not been able to to send the "ticket" as not allowed- its shown as incomplete.
I did send a private message though. I guess Ill see how that goes. Thanks again

Open a ticket through chatbot (bottom right round icon). Type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you see a link to open a ticket.
Do NOT send a direct note to agent as this will extend reply time. Ticket can be tracked, notes cannot.

Support might be able to cancel the service and refund. Just contact them , you can submit ticket by direct message:
