My messages are not being delivered and I am not receiving any messages.andMy plan is 5G Canada and America Wide, but my phone is an iPhone 13 and it shows 3G

Either delete anything in the message that is copied and pasted from somewhere else, or copy the message to a notes app, remove the text from the private message, and then paste it back from the notes app.  It's a fairly common glitch in the system.

I don't know why  your phone is only on 3G then, ask customer support when you manage to get a message through to them.

Its already on Auto 5G

It is on auto 5G

@Mahmoud4  For the 3G issue, go to Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Options - Voice & Data and if your phone is set to 3G there set it to either 5G Auto or LTE, whichever you prefer.

Yes phone call and data is working. iods is 18.2. several times i was reset my phone but still not deliver and send any message

Hi.Call and data works well , My phone has been updated and I even put my SIM card in an Android phone and it still didn't work.

phone calls and data work?

make sure iOS and carrier profile are both updated

then reboot the phone first, and Reset network settings and test again
