I am unable to receive any calls on my phone. Outgoing calls are not a problem. I have rebooted the phone several times and confirmed ringer is on. Also tried a Telus and Koodo sim card in phone and had no issues. Replaced sim card on spec and still have the same issue. Also unable to receive alerts when someone leaves a voice message. Using a Telus and Koodo sim the message alerts are sent to my phone. Phone appears to work properly, issue appears to be a network issue and a need a Customer Support Rep to assist.

there have been many posts about voice and text in the last 2 days. May I know what phone do you have and what area you are in?
but try reboot the phone, try Reset Network Settings and try your sim card on another phone

PM and Koodo works on Telus network so I don’t think that is an issue.
Did you port a number over from another carrier? This seems to be an issue with recent porting.
If you are a longtime member. Best to contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.
