Today the Telus sent message to me about my rewards will expire soon,but I already transferred out my phone number out !I just wondering how can I use the reward or just ignore that message?thanks

That is a scam. Do open or reply to it. The message claims to be from Telus stating that your x amount of points that are about to expire. The so called points were in an amount far exceeding, at least in my case, of what one actually has. #TelusRewardsPhishingMSG

Be aware that once you successfully port away from Public Mobile, your account is automatically deactivated..meaning all accumulated Points, past add-ons, Bonus minutes / data; they're all gone.

Sorry, need to clarify.
Telus rewards is different from Public mobile rewards. Public mobile rewards don't expire unless you close your PM account by either porting out or not paying, then your rewards account will be closed. If you ported out of PM, just ignore the message.
