I have a $15 plan want to change to the $24 promo plan

phone service keeps on dropping

Resolved! eSIM not activated

I signed up yesterday for a subscription however the eSIM was unable to be activated. I tried using the QR code numerous times however it didn’t work either. I was unable to submit a ticket as well.  How can I get an eSIM to be activated?

Resolved! Removed Sim for Vacation Where are my Texts?

I removed my sim card for vacation out of  country for fear of getting roaming charges. Now that I'm back I have tried restarting my phone and turning airplane mode on/off but can't retrieve missed texts from this time period. Help please.
