When does it happen? Is it on the day you actually joined or is it at the end of the month?For example, if I joined on the 10th of the month do I get my discount on the 11th of the month or do I get it on the 30th of the month?

Points when cashing in

If I use my reward points do I still get the 5% back? Meaning if my bill is $25 and I cash in $15 worth of points do I receive the 5% on the $10 I pay with my credit card or do I receive the 5% on my $25 bill?
