New transfer- no service

Hi all, I just transferred to public mobile yesterday and my data is working but my service says "SOS only" and I cannot make any phone calls.Solutions?

I have an iphone 12! I tried turning my phone off. I'm hesitant to reset the network as I don't know what data will be lost

The thing is my data is working I tested it out without wifi. It's just the calling and texts that aren't working.
