Log in

Unable to log into the app to complete the activation process.  Keeps sending codes to email, I enter the code and it takes me back to log in screen.  I’ve tried several times without success.

No 5G sign and unable to send message except iPhone user.

Hi,  I have never seen 5G sign even the contract is 5G.  Always shows LTE.   Also I noticed that I receive the error when sending message to people who has androids, so it unable to send messages to them.   Please look into it and fix it.

Resolved! Change subscription from 1GB to 4GB

I currently have a 1GB subscription for $25. When I scroll through plans I can get the 4GB of data for the same price but it is not an option when I am logged in.  How can I change to the 4GB subscription from 1GB?  Thanks
