I changed my mind to use another cell plan of different companies because I couldn’t get a good customer service from your company, couldn’t transfer phone number to your plan.please stop to charge me with a not active account and no phone number

if you "changed my mind" before the account was fully activated, there is a chance PM support can provide a refund. Please message them ad work with them

Just in case it didn't work out with agent, you can call your credit card ad work with credit card on their end as well
