New subscriber, logged into mobile app for final step, asking for payment?

Hello,

I created a new account and subscribed to a plan and paid for it using CC, this was done using my computer. The last step in the process is to download the app to activate eSIM.

The issue is, when I scan the QR code and download the mobile app, login to my account, it seems to want to go through the whole process again, selecting a plan, making a payment, etc... it is not aware that I did this already??

I do not want to be double charged, I would think when I log into the mobile app, it would take me to the final step right away for the eSIM activation, but it is not doing this.

Need some help please.

Thanks, that is what I though as well, it should go to last step but its not doing that, I will talk to CS.

@hajrad  The app should pick up where you left off but if it’s not and trying to make you pay again contact support to help
