I got charged $20.60 after porting out.
For that charge, I don’t get any sms, email or any other notification, and since I am not unsubscribed, I can’t see any payment transaction of my account online.
I think there is a mistake on the charge and would like to get it refund.

hi @Sammykwan
no hidden cost, but you sure the port was completed? You can receive calls with your new carriers? Can you still login My Account? If you can, then the port was not completed
or you can message support agent for help to process refund
you can submit ticket by direct message:

@Sammykwan as already indicated, there are no credits or refunds for porting out mid cycle. However, since you no longer have access to the account, if you want to discuss payments and account details with an agent, you can click on the link below to contact Public Mobile directly. Once submitted, watch the envelope icon top right for their reply.

There are no additional charges because Public Mobile is a prepaid service. There also aren't any refunds or credits if you port out mid cycle. If you were charged it was likely your auto pay subscription, but that also means your port did not go through and your line is still active.
Please provide more details. Was this the same amount as your usual charge every 30 days? Are you sure your Public Mobile isn't still active?
Also note that we are customers just like you. To get in touch with staff you need to use the chat bot and open a ticket.
