I just got charged and I am assuming it was my final bill. However, I cannot log in anymore to confirm that or to use whatever points I have had to put towards my final bill. I need confirmation my account balance is paid off.

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check the status of your account. If the system can’t locate your number then your account is closed.

Public Mobile is a pre-pay type service...you pay ahead of time for the next 30 days service. If you want to deactivate the account, you should contact Customer Support to remove payment card info....use this link...
