when trying to pay my bill it is not applying the promo code

there is no promos code for new or current customers

if you meant friend referral and you missed it during activation, then PM can help.  

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

For existing accounts, I don't know of any promo codes available. Where do you see a promo code....maybe we can all take advantage of it.

what promo code you have? Promo code are only used during activation (there is currently no promo code for existing subscribers).  Unless you missed the pormo code during subscription and you just subscribe today, CS_agent wont be able to help even you submit ticket
