hi @Impratt you can port out your number if you choose to keep the number and the account will be cancelled as part of the port
or login My Account, Payment, Manager Subscription and doable Autopay (Subscribed) there

@Impratt If you do t want to keep the number by porting out it’s best to get support to remove the credit card on file right away to ensure you won’t be charged again

Remove 'subscription' form your account and service will be cancelled after 90 days of no pay.
Fastest way is to port your number to another provider. That closes your account immediately.
