I got a text yesterday from public mobile saying that they added 30GB of bonus data to my account as a thank you for my continued loyalty. How do I check if this is true? Is this normal?

New activation

 Due to the pending change in the rewards system,  I’m wondering whether to cancel my account with PM and switch over to another provider. But I may return to PM and wonder if I need a different PM SIM?

Number not in service

Hello again.Seems people who are calling me get this often. This was the number I ported a few weeks ago from Telus. According to Telus the port went through. I'm thinking my next step will have to be a CS Agent to maybe reset my network?
