Signed up for new plan - log in goes to phone number not in use

Trying to sign into my account, the confirm identity it goes to a phone number not in use and I cannot sign in to change it. 

 

Please assist

you need PM to check.  Submit a ticket..  Since you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
