I made tranfer of my Bell Phone number to Public account with an active phone number by mistake and I lost my Public number. How do I undo this and claim my number back?

Hi All, Thank you all for helping me pass through in this debacle. Truly appreciate the true community spirit. Thanks to @CS_Agent, the issue was solved within few minutes.

no worry. Many had that problem before and agent able to fix it.
So, no worry about losing the number, you will get it back. And don't open another PM account yet. Just want for agent to reply

I didn't approve the transfer request on my other phone. Would I get my Public number back once the initiated number transfer is cancelled in 90 minutes?

And if you were trying to setup a line for that Bell number to port into PM, please note that you need another email address to setup another account as PM system is one email for one number , no family combined account

Thanks @hairbag1. I sent a private message and also created a ticket. Waiting for responses on that. I didn't realise that it's a foolish mistake until I accidentally did that. Ah man, fell into a great debacle. Thanks for the your response on my post.

WOW...you fouled up, huh ! You gonna need Customer Support to help. Click on that orange bubble on lower right side of page to start that process. Whatch the envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
